FLACT Studios
FLACT Studios is a video game studio created for a semester-long project for the class Computer Science 4263 - Video Game Design at Louisiana State University. There are five members: Zachary Faulkner, Logan Lafauci, Gerald Anthony, Dean Compton, and Shamar Thompkins. The name 'FLACT' is an acronym for the five members' last names: Faulkner-Lafauci-Anthony-Compton-Thompkins. The team leader is Dean Compton, but everyone in the group plays many important roles in the project. The groups is comprised of four computer science majors and one art major.
Faulkner, Zachary
Zachary Faulkner is a third-year student at Louisiana State University majoring in Computer Science with a concentration in software and a minor in English. He has lived in Louisiana all his life. He has been a Teacher's Assistant for the LSU Computer Science Department since his freshman year, helping both teach labs and organize assignments for professors. He also has experience as a quality assurance tester for EA games, where he was able to gain experience in the gaming industry. On his own time, he enjoys video games, sports, reading, Indian food, and Dungeons & Dragons.


Lafauci, Logan
Logan Lafauci is a third-year student at Louisiana State University majoring in computer science with a concentration in software engineering. He is from Gonzales Louisiana and has lived there his entire life. His hobbies are playing video games, watching movies, and reading/collecting comics. He has been programming since Highschool using: Java, C, C#, JavaScript, Python, and HTML. He has experience as a quality assurance tester from working at Electronic Arts.
Anthony, Gerald
Gerald Anthony is a third-year Louisiana State University student majoring in computer science with a concentration in software engineering and minoring in Digital Media Arts & Engineering Technology. He is from Baton Rouge and has lived there for his entire life. Gerald's hobbies consist of playing video games and enjoying music. He is interested in programming and game design. He has game development experience from his current internship, where he is developing an educational game.


Compton, Dean
Dean Compton is a third-year student at Louisiana State University majoring in computer science with a concentration in software engineering. He is from the Baton Rouge area having lived in Louisiana for twelve years of his life. His hobbies are participating in sports, playing video games, and attending LSU sporting events. Dean's interests include programming, video games, and design. He has an extensive background in web development, having worked at a student job for two and a half years helping develop a web application for an on-campus organization, and now has an internship where he is working on a team to build another web application.
Thompkins, Shamar
Shamar Thompkins is a fourth-year student at Louisiana State University, majoring in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design and minoring in Digital Media Arts. He is from Charlotte, North Carolina but was born in Augusta, Georgia. Shamar currently plays football for LSU and hopes of becoming an animator after graduation.
